IC 1805 is the large nebulosity on this image. It looks like a heart and on the upper right, in the apex of the heart,  you can see NGC 896, a bright knot of nebulosity.
In the center of IC 1805 it's possible to see open cluster Mel 15 and, on left of the nebula, the other cluster NGC 1027.
It is one of the "Double Nebulae", the other one being LBN 667 (around the open cluster IC 1848), so-called because of their proximity to NGC 884 and NGC 869, the Double Cluster in Perseus.

This photo of the nebula IC 1805, in Casiopeia, was taken on august 17, 2007 from the Faunistic Park of Labro Mount, in Italy, near Grosseto, at the prime focus of a Takahashi FS60C telescope (60 mm F:6) using a Gemini G41 Obs mount with Fs2.
The photo is the sum of 15 frames, each of 7 minutes, with a Dslr camera Canon Eos 300D Rebel (filter modified), exposed at 800 ISO, taken with a Sbig ST4 autoguide on a refractor 102/500.
Then I summed the frames with DeepSkyStacker.
I processed the luminance layer using a stretching, an unsharp mask, a noise reduction. At last I joined the layer together with the cromince and balanced the color.
